Great company!

Great company!Been using Vetuk for about a year for prescription meds for my dog.Very helpful and respond straight away to any queriesPrices are the best I have found online.Service is so good, I ordered in the afternoon and it was delivered next morning.Can't say anything bad about this company..

Great Personal Service

Have used Vet Uk caring for our elderly cat (22 years young) since she became diabetic, found the cost and the service excellent. Sadly we had to put our Mia to sleep yesterday having just ordered medication, Vet Uk stopped the order and refunded us along with a lovely email saying how sorry they were which was so lovely. Would only use Vet UK in future.

History of small orders from them that…

I posted a bad review expressing non delivery of an item - incorrectly and in haste.After hearing my complaint wife informed me a neighbor had this and she had forgotten. My bad.They are a good company.

Poor Delivery Service with no tracking available and check before submitting a review

I would probably give the product I ordered 5 stars as we have used it before, but can only give one star as I am still awaiting delivery of the product after ordering on the 13th December 2020, despatched 14th December and now on 8th January with no product yet. Very unhappy and no way to track the delivery. Also check before you submit a review on their website, I had written a review based on the delivery service set at 1 star prompted for the I'm not a robot after verifying this the rating had changed automatically to 5 stars thankfully I checked prior to submitting and changed it back to 1 star.

Out of stock items after ordering

I have ordered a couple of times from vet uk, and twice I have been emailed a couple of days after ordering to say that some of the items I ordered are out of stock.It's frustrating as a customer to see that a product is in stock online, and then be repeatedly let down and advised that actually it isn't. When asking why this is, vet uk responded in part with: "As I am sure you will appreciate, we are unable to keep stock of all items in our warehouse due to space, therefore some items are ordered in directly from our suppliers. "Well no, I don't appreciate that you don't keep the stock- it's either in stock with you or it isn't. Then you are offered to either refund the OOS parts of the order or delay the order until they receive the stock.. It's just poor service to say something is in stock and ask customers to pay £4.99 delivery fee when actually you could be waiting a lot longer than you should be to for your order to pay that delivery price.

Reliable service, good value

Used Vet UK for several years for regular prescriptions (we had a cat who needed multiple meds and it was significantly cheaper to purchase through them). They have always been very reliable. Offer good value products that are often cheaper than other online retailers. The range is a little limited but we've been very happy with the service.

l ordered 2 tubs of probiotic powder on…

l ordered 2 tubs of probiotic powder on 3rd December had a confirmation email and have not received the order.Despite emailing I have had no response.It is a shame as the product is good and suits my little dog.Courtesy is obviously not an important concept to the company.

10 days ago I ordered order for my cat…

10 days ago I ordered order for my cat and paid extra for they call it order priority and extra for priority delivery and surprise no order has arrived, they have removed telephone number from there website so you can only now email them . After sending 6 emails they finally responded by saying they would only refund the postage and priority order picking which is £5 and if I want the main order refunded I’ll have to wait another 14 days to see what they might do...in the meantime my cat has no eye cream I have just been made redundant and now I’m forced to go to the vet and pay for the product... VetUK don’t care about customers they accept no responsibility.... please don’t buy from themCan you all see the lack of any concern for them it took 3 days for them to reply and I have still not received the parcel , they refuse to refund any money for 10 working days .... I have issued fraud warning with my bank against them ... they are not to be trusted ... look at there Facebook page it is full of people they have done this toIt’s now 10 days since it was apparently sent and still no refund I have now sent 25 emails to vetuk and they are doing nothingPlease everyone don’t order from them otherwise you will be I. The same position as me ..... this is making me ill but they don’t care

Couldn’t be happier with VetUK

Couldn’t be happier with VetUK. Had everything I wanted (usually finding somewhere that sells vitamins, fibre and dental chews is difficult), dental chews were extremely good value and it all came with Royal Mail which I especially liked! I didn’t realise they are so local to where I live, so it came within 2 days using second class. Very happy and I will be using from now on. Thank you!
